How quote-request details are used.

When you send a quote request, Boltcraft uses the name, phone number, email address if provided, city, project description, and uploaded project photos to review the scope and respond to you.

Quote-request details are stored securely in Boltcraft's Google Sheets system for customer service and scheduling. A clearly formatted copy of the request and its photos is also delivered to a private Telegram group used by Boltcraft and the business owner to respond to customers. Uploaded project photos remain stored in private Vercel Blob storage and are linked only to the related quote request. Boltcraft does not sell quote-request details or share them with third-party marketers.

Website analytics and advertising

Boltcraft uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure site use and advertising results. Events include page views, Call and Text button clicks, quote-form starts, and successfully received quote requests. The analytics events record the action and its page location; they do not include the name, phone number, email address, project description, or uploaded photos entered in the quote form. Google may process technical and interaction information under its own privacy terms. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Boltcraft also uses Ahrefs Web Analytics for aggregated site-usage reporting. Ahrefs says the service may process page URLs, referrers, browser and device details, language preferences, and approximate country or city derived from the request IP address; raw IP addresses are discarded and personal data is not stored by default. Do not send payment card details, passwords, or confidential banking information through the form.
